Shipping

How much time does it take for the product to arrive?
Product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. Expected shipment time is 5-6 business days

How much is the shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers.

Do you provide international shipping, If so what are the shipping charges?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Local customs duties are to be borne by the customer and are not factored into checkout prices. International shipping prices vary by destination.

Returns & Refunds:
How do I return the product?
If you find that a product is damaged, or that you have received a wrong product, we are happy to process an exchange within 7 days.

What is the return policy?
If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return within 1 day from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost. If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 days, In the rare case where a pickup option is not supported by our courier partner you should have to ship the product to us and we will reimburse the courier charges (Maximum of Rs 59 for every 500gms shipped).

How do I get a refund?
We do not have a refund policy. However if a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s shipped, you can call us or send us an email at support@wildous.in. We will refund 100% of the amount paid. Order cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of order placement. How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with the order confirmation, and the status of the order. You will also receive tracking information from us, where you will be able to see exactly where your order is and what stage of processing.
